If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) for all shifts!What You'll DoManage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilitiesEscalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health TechnicianOversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environmentEnsure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license and CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsWarm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundariesDignified, honest character which models recovery principlesWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Bucks is a community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services. This facility partners exclusively with Crosswalk Sober Living - a collection of luxurious sober living homes - to give clients the opportunity to engage in treatment while residing in a beautiful domestic setting with 24/7 supervision and care.
