Behavioral Health Therapist - Detox
Location: 1250 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06451.
Shift: Mon-Fri (8am- 4:30pm)
Behavioral Health Clinician
-Professional Connecticut license or associate license required: LCSW or LCSW, LPC-A or LPC, as well as LADC or LMFT accepted.
-Experience working with clients with co-occurring disorders, group facilitation experience ASAM experience -EPIC experience.
