Job description
The Behavioral Health Therapist role at The Wonderful Company is based in Lost Hills, CA, with travel to Central Valley wellness centers. You will integrate into an onsite primary care team, collaborating with PCPs and a psychiatric consultant to enhance patient physical and mental health outcomes.
You will screen for mental health and social needs, educate patients, monitor symptoms, and coordinate referrals. Fluent Spanish and CA licensure are required.
