Job description
College Medical Center Long Beach is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager for the Behavioral Health Unit to provide clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring excellent patient care and service delivery. You will supervise BHU staff, coordinate care flow, develop staff, and participate in policy updates under the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
The role requires an RN license, 3+ years of supervisory clinical experience in mental health, strong customer service and critical thinking
