JOB TYPE: Full-time
PAY: $25-$30 per hour + tips
LOCATION: Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, CT

Hours: Open until 2am on weekdays, until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a high-volume environment
Deliver consistent, feel-good guest experiences from open to close
Manage sales, labor, and daily operations with care and accountability
Hold high standards deep into late-night shifts when it matters most
Represent the Ben & Jerry's brand inside a world-class entertainment venue

What You Bring
2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting
Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
Comfort owning late-night operations and maintaining high standards after midnight
Operational confidence and a team-focused mindset
You care -- about your crew, the guest, and the product
Schedule note: This role includes regular late-night shifts in a casino entertainment environment. Weekday close is 2am; Friday and Saturday close is 3am. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume retail management is a strong plus. Night owls and experienced leaders encouraged to apply.
