Training Wheels ABA is growing our Clinic-Based ABA Team! We're looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make a meaningful difference while receiving the support, collaboration, and career growth they deserve.

Competitive Compensation
$18-$25/hour based on experience
Now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for currently certified RBTs, payable after 30 days of employment.
Guaranteed 30 hours per week
Full hourly pay for required non-billable work, including meetings, training, and other assigned responsibilities—never minimum wage
Training Wheels Bonus Program for Longevity
1 Year – $250
2 Years – $500
3 Years – $750
4 Years – $1,000

What You’ll Do
Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes.
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills.
Collect session data and complete documentation.
Partner with families and your clinical team.
Qualifications
Required
Active RBT Certification
Experience providing ABA therapy
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with children

Physical Requirements
