Job description
Wonder is seeking a General Manager for a shared kitchen location near Hybla Valley, VA. You will lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, dine-in, pickup and delivery channels, while owning the local P&L and ensuring high standards of service and quality.
You will manage a hybrid team of employees and contracted partners, drive labor efficiency, food costs and customer satisfaction, and collaborate across Finance, Culinary and Logistics to grow the business.
