Job description
Dash In is seeking a Bench Store Manager to support the Northern VA market, learn operations, and prepare to manage a store of your own. You’ll train with seasoned leaders, run stores when needed, and gain real P&L responsibility with a clear path to Store GM.
You’ll lead on the floor, coach teams, manage high-volume operations, and travel between Delaware-area stores as needed. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth potential.
