Job description
NorthPoint Development LLC in Kansas City is seeking a Benefits Concierge Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Kansas City. This is an in-person role and you will serve as the go-to resource for employee benefits, guiding teammates through medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, disability, retirement, and other voluntary plans.
You will collaborate with carriers, manage onboarding, open enrollment, and ongoing education, while ensuring accurate billing, compliance, and timely notices.
