Job description
This role involves providing benefits and HR-related services within a collaborative team to support complex client projects in Health & Welfare (H&W).
Responsibilities include benefits plan design, strategy, renewals, benchmarking, and compliance, along with building and managing client and internal relationships.
The position requires managing engagement risks, supporting financial performance, and delivering high-quality benefits advice with technical expertise.
Additional duties for Senior Associates include project management support, coordinating with multiple teams, and guiding staff.
Qualifications include a minimum of one year (Associate) or three years (Senior Associate) of experience in employer benefit strategies, a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
