Job description
We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join the Global Reward Services practice, focusing on designing and managing employee benefit plans for complex clients.
Responsibilities
leading plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking projects
serving as project manager and main client contact, coordinating with teams across locations
maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff
managing engagement risks, compliance, billing, and budgeting
building client relationships and presenting technical recommendations
contributing to market and business development activities
Additional senior-level duties involve leading complex benefit plan projects.
Qualifications
minimum of five years (Senior Manager) or eight years (Manager) of experience in employer benefit strategies
a bachelor’s degree
professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or advanced degrees/certifications like MBA, CEBS, CCP, GPHR
experience leading large client engagements, managing multiple projects, and deep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, and carriers
strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
ability to work onsite at client locations and travel as needed
