Job description
Dogwood Industries seeks a highly organized Benefits and Leave Specialist to join our Sedro-Woolley team. You will administer benefit programs and leave management, ensure compliance, and partner with vendors and payroll to maintain accurate records.
This in-office role requires 3+ years of HR experience with benefits and leaves, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Occasional travel to corporate offices may be required.
