Job description
Nordex Group is seeking a Benefits & Leave Specialist to administer health, retirement, disability, and other benefit programs across North America. You will manage enrollments, leaves, and workers’ compensation while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
You will serve as a primary contact for vendors and administrators, coordinate leave processes, and drive continuous improvements in benefits administration while maintaining confidentiality and high service levels.
