This position requires full-time onsite work (5 days per week ) in Juana Diaz, P.R.

Scope:

This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the employee benefits programs for Puerto Rico. Reporting to theDirector, Benefits – Americas, this position will support a diverse and multilingual population set in the Americas region.

Job Summary:

The Benefits Program Manageris responsible for maintaining plan records, auditing data, and preparing various reports and analytics related to plan administration and performance. The position requires day to day coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize the employee experience, plan performance and compliance.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

Lead and serve as main point of contact for employee benefits programs for Puerto Rico.

Coordinate the day-to-day administration of Puerto Rico benefits programs, partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with plan provisions, established procedures, and applicable requirements.

Implement, administer, and communicate benefit programs including, but not limitedtomedical, dental, vision, life/ad&d, disability, voluntary programs,EAP,retirement plan, and COBRA.

Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders tomaximize the employee experience, plan performance and compliance and strive to continually improve processes.

Disseminate mandatory notices and lead benefit communications to the organization.

Manage all aspects of annual Open Enrollments – including preparing and distribution of communication materials, scheduling of webinars/meetings, updating thebswfitbenefits portal, coordination with internal HR Business Partners andassistingwith employee questions.

Work closely with theDirector, Benefits – Americas to evaluate existing benefit programs against peer organizations todeterminecompetitiveness, trends, and developments.

Support merger and acquisition initiatives with leadership, business partners and various stakeholders for a successful integration and transition of benefits.

Research and evaluate the company benefits to recommend improvements andnew programswhich strengthen overall plan design.

Identifystrategies to improve employee communication and educationregardingthe benefitplan offerings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
