Job description
Excellus BCBS is seeking a Benefits Specialist in Utica, NY to support the design, administration, and delivery of employee benefits programs. You will partner with Human Resources, employees, and vendors to ensure accurate program execution and a positive employee experience.
Level I responsibilities include benefits enrollment, record maintenance in Workday, and employee inquiries. Level II adds COBRA, retiree billing, and compliance responsibilities to broaden the scope.
