Job description
AES Corporation is seeking a Lead Operations Engineer for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to lead safety, reliability and performance improvements across the AES CE fleet. You will mentor engineers, drive RCA and MoC, and coordinate with field operations on safety-compliant system design and audit actions.
The role requires strong data analysis, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to reduce O&M costs while increasing safety and reliability.
