Job description
Palmetto Bluff is seeking a Beverage Director to lead the beverage program across all club and resort operations in Bluffton, SC. You will develop wine lists, cocktail menus, beer, coffee and tea programs, manage inventory, pricing and supplier relationships, and drive cost controls.
