BGCMA Expanded Learning Club Corps- Program AssistantFor over 80 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (BGCMA) has ignited the unlimited potential of children and teens by creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments. Our 25 Clubs, located in 9 counties across metropolitan Atlanta, have traditionally served nearly 8,000 kids & teens (ages 6-18) each year, offering youth development programs during critical non-school hours that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character & leadership development. Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta's AmeriCorps Expanded Learning Club Corps Program goals are as follows: 1) Improve Literacy among Third-Grade Students 2) Improve Overall Academic Performance for Students in Grades 2-5Member Duties: The Club Corps Member - Program Support Specialist serves as a key member of the BGCMA Support Center team, providing administrative, operational, and programmatic support to ensure successful implementation of AmeriCorps initiatives across the organization.
