Bilingual Line Lead (English/Spanish) – WarehouseAbacus Staffing is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Line Lead to support production operations at a Frito-Lay warehouse. This role leads by example, supervises line activity, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.Pay & Schedule$16.25/hr (Paid Weekly)Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – FinishWeekends OffKey ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise production line operationsTrain and support warehouse associatesCommunicate effectively with team and leadershipManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEnsure SOPs, safety, and quality standards are followedRequirements6 Months of warehouse/production lead experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredStrong communication and leadership skillsBasic MS Office and documentation experienceKnowledge of SOPs, audits, and training proceduresPhysical RequirementsLift 20–50 lbs regularlyStand/walk for up to 10-hour shiftsFrequent bending, twisting, reaching, and liftingAbility to work in hot/cold environmentsBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision Insurance
