Join The Urban Chestnut Team Now Hiring A Bierhall Experience Host
Are you energetic, upbeat, and love making people feel welcome? Urban Chestnut Brewing Company is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first smiling face guests see at our Grove-area Bierhall. This is more than a part-time job — it's a chance to be part of a rapidly growing brewery with big ambitions. UCBC is on a mission to become the next great American brewery, and you'll be right at the heart of the action.
What You'll Do
Greet and welcome guests with energy and positivity
Direct guests to Bierhall or lounge
Light bussing and serving duties in lounge area
Help maintain our fun, smooth-running Bierhall atmosphere … jump in to help where needed!
Support to-go beer sales and merch sales with opportunities to earn commission!
Provide outstanding hospitality that enhances the guest experience
What We're Looking For

Flexible availability for occasional special events
Hours & Pay
Thurs–Sun | 5 PM – 9 PM
Competitive hourly pay
Commission opportunities tied to to-go beer and merchandise sales
Additional shifts are available for special events
