STMA Schools Job Opportunity
We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for working with students to be academically successful by assessing and remediating academic skills under the direction of certified professionals in individual or small group settings; maintain confidentiality of student and family information as required under FERPA. This position also will require outside and inside recess supervision each day. For more information, please see the job description for this position.
Start Date: October 2, 2026 Contract: 183 days Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-1:00 (TBD) including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
FTE: 0.625 (25 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits
Starting Rate: $20.64-$21.12 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years of post-secondary education or successful completion of a valid and reliable formal assessment as identified by the school district or State; ability to work with staff to provide services to students in skill deficient areas.
