Job Description
nAs a Bike Driver, you will:
nnInteract directly with customers, providing outstanding service to ensure customer retention
nUse your own bicycle, lock, helmet, lights, and rack to make deliveries within a 1-mile radius
nNavigate using maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area
nHandle deliveries in various conditions, including adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs
nMaintain your bicycle and equipment to meet safety standards, including proper lighting and braking systems
nAdhere to safety regulations, including wearing a Consumer Product Safety Commission ("CSPC") and/or American Society for Testing and Materials ("ASTM") certified helmet
nAccess your tips daily, either in cash or through your paycard

nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nnAbility to safely operate and maintain a bicycle within a 1-mile radius of the store
nProvide own ANSI-certified helmet and necessary bicycling equipment
nStrong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
nBasic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
nProficiency in using computer systems for order processing
nPhysical ability to perform delivery tasks in various weather conditions
nWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment with temperature variations
nAbility to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
nMust be at least 18 years of age
