Job description
Specialized Bicycle Components seeks an Assistant Store Manager for The Bicycle Center in Salt Lake City, UT. This role balances retail operations with people leadership, delivering outstanding brand experiences in-store and supporting the Store Manager.
You will coach staff, manage daily tasks, and help drive sales while upholding standards and safety. Weekend and holiday shifts required; cycling passion a must; candidates with 1+ year retail experience preferred.
