Trek Stores Williamsburg is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll set the standard for exceptional customer experiences, mentor staff, and manage budgets to achieve goals.
You will oversee staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and team development, while ensuring strong merchandising and accurate inventory and reports. A passion for bikes helps you connect with customers and the community.
