Job description
Trek Store Westmoreland is seeking a Store Manager to lead all daily operations, set standards for customer experiences, and drive budget-beating sales. You will mentor and lead a team to create a community-focused store that delivers exceptional service and results.
You should bring at least 2 years in retail, strong leadership, and a passion for bikes. Expect to manage inventory, merchandising, payroll, scheduling and customer care in a fast-paced environment.
