n nWhat You'll Do
nDepending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:
nnProvide companionship and emotional support
nAssist with personal care and activities of daily living
nHelp with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
nPrepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
nProvide medication reminders
nAssist with errands and appointments
nHelp clients remain safe, comfortable and independent at home
nCommunicate changes or concerns to the care team
