Job description
Familias First seeks a part-time RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in the Los Angeles area. Training is provided in two parts, starting with 40 hours of online training and then in-person practice with the clinical team.
The role includes data collection, parent training, and teamwork with our staff to tailor ABA interventions to each client. Hours are 15–25 per week, with shifts Monday–Friday 1:00 pm–7:30 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
