Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant - Credit Department (B2B)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Bilingual Administrative Assistant
to support our Credit team in a fast-paced B2B environment. If you enjoy working with data, communicating with customers, and keeping things organized, this could be a great opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
? Make outbound calls to customers to collect information and follow up on accounts
? Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
? Accurately enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and CRM systems
? Support the Credit Manager with administrative and reporting tasks
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related items
What We're Looking For:
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Experience with Excel and CRM systems
? Bilingual (Spanish/English)
? Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
? Prior experience in a B2B, credit, or administrative role is a plus
