Job description
Empire State University seeks a Bilingual Admissions Counselor to advise prospective and enrolled students. You will serve as the primary contact during the application-to-enrollment funnel and work with the Office of Enrollment Management to ensure smooth processes in the College of Business.
You will communicate effectively in English and Spanish, provide accurate information, and use CRM tools to prioritize outreach and track progress toward enrollment goals.
