Bilingual Assembly Technician – Entry LevelJob Title: Bilingual Assembly Technician – Entry LevelEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Concord, NCPay: $15.00 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Assembly Technician to support production and assembly operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, reliable, and willing to learn.Key Responsibilities:Assist with assembling, testing, and inspecting componentsOperate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipmentPerform quality checks and report any issues or inconsistenciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow safety procedures and production instructionsAssist with other production and warehouse duties as neededRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsStrong work ethic and ability to work as part of a teamReliable transportation and dependable attendanceManufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not requiredCore Competencies: Assembly, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Quality Inspection, Production Operations, Mechanical Aptitude, Safety Awareness, Attention to Detail, Following Instructions, Teamwork, Reliability, Time ManagementHow to Apply: To apply, please contact Allegiance Staffing at .
