Job description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bilingual Assistant Store Manager (English/Spanish) to lead daily operations in a fast-paced grocery environment serving a diverse and primarily Hispanic community. This position is ideal for someone with grocery or retail experience who wants to grow into a Store Manager role while serving a bilingual community.
What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager in daily supermarket operations
Supervise associates and department leads during assigned shifts
Ensure shelves are stocked, products are fresh, and the store is clean
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and shrink reduction
Deliver excellent customer service and support issue resolution
Help train new employees and support team development
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Act as Store Manager when needed
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual required: fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
1–3 years of experience in a supermarket or grocery supervisory role
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Desire to grow and advance within the company
High school diploma required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
