Job description
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lindsay, OK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service and store operations. This role will lead the team during the Manager's absence and on opposing shifts.
You will help set goals, assist in interviewing and training, ensure staffing during peak hours, process orders and handle returns per company policy while maintaining store appearance and safety standards.
