Job description
Horizon Health in Eagle Pass, TX seeks a Community Education Manager of Behavioral Health to lead the inpatient program at Fort Duncan Hospital.
You will plan and implement a comprehensive community education program, coordinate referral development and account management, maintain marketing information, and steer internal and external communications.
As a preceptor, you will train and support Community Liaisons and collaborate with clinical and hospital leadership to advance program objectives.
