Job description
TrueCare is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join its mission-driven primary care team in California. You will identify, triage and manage patients with medical and behavioral health needs, delivering psychoeducation and tailored treatment plans.
The role requires CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist), a CA driver’s license, and BLS certification. Bilingual English/Spanish is essential for serving diverse communities and collaborating with providers.
