Job description
RJI Search in Houston, TX seeks a Business Technology Manager who is bilingual in Spanish and can align operations with software development and outside IT partners. You will bridge business needs to technology, manage the technology roadmap, and ensure delivery across MSPs, vendors, and internal teams.
Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, and backups; lead projects end-to-end and drive value through technology investments while maintaining audit-ready processes with compliance
