Role Overview

Apply Cantonese-language psychiatric expertise to help improve AI systems through culturally grounded case analysis, clinical assessment, and expert feedback. This remote contract role focuses on translating real-world psychiatric knowledge into accurate, ethically developed training materials. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies with culturally nuanced, real-world scenarios.

Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations informed by Cantonese psychiatric practices and perspectives.

Create clear clinical documentation and written analyses in Cantonese and English, maintaining cultural and clinical accuracy.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary AI project teams to strengthen model understanding of psychiatric concepts.

Review and critique sensitive case content using ethical judgment, patient confidentiality, and professional best practices.

Develop bilingual communication frameworks that support accurate exchange of psychiatric information.

Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used in AI mental health contexts.

Qualifications

Medical degree, including MD, MBBS, or equivalent, with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.

Native Cantonese fluency and advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Cantonese clinical settings.

Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, ethical decision-making, and analytical evaluation skills for complex mental health scenarios.

Experience developing educational or research teaching materials or case studies.

Interdisciplinary collaboration experience, ideally in technology, research, or digital health.

Familiarity with Western and Cantonese psychiatric frameworks and a strong commitment to professional integrity.

Work Terms

Remote, contract engagement.

Work centers on contributing psychiatric expertise to an AI training project.

Compensation

$100 to $200 per hour.
