Role Overview Apply clinical and academic psychology expertise to help improve AI systems through rigorous, culturally informed evaluation and training materials. This remote contract role centers on bilingual Cantonese and English work, with no previous AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced professional feedback and insights.
Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Cantonese and English for model training and data enrichment.
Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments while preserving meaning across languages and cultural contexts.
Work with interdisciplinary teams to support well-rounded solutions for diverse user needs.
Document evaluation methods and findings clearly to support transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications PhD in Psychology and demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
Native or near-native fluency in Cantonese and English, including complex psychological terminology.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, sound ethical judgment, and cultural sensitivity.
Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating nuanced psychological concepts between Cantonese and English.
Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
Adaptability in multicultural environments.
Work Terms Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation $100 to $200 per hour.
