Job description
Women In Need (Win) seeks a Clinical Director to lead trauma-informed clinical services across its transitional housing programs in New York City. The role requires NYS LCSW/LMHC credentials and 3+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory work.
You will partner with senior staff to drive program quality, supervision, and staff development, delivering MI and TIC training and enhancing mental health services across the agency.
