This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling customer conversations, analyzing financial situations, and working toward measurable performance goals.The TeamYou'll join the Collections team, a group focused on balancing customer experience with business outcomes. The team works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain compliance standards.What You'll DoManage a portfolio of delinquent customer accountsNegotiate repayment plans within established guidelinesResolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquencyMaintain accurate documentation of account activityEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory standardsWhat You HaveHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of customer contact experience1+ year of collections or account resolution experienceExperience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environmentBilingual in English and SpanishWhat Will Make You Stand OutExperience managing a personal portfolio of accountsAbility to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutionsWhat Success Looks Like in the First 6 MonthsConsistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as PTP kept and QA scoresEffectively manage assigned portfolio volume and maintain productivity targetsDemonstrate strong compliance and documentation accuracyWhy Join ClickleaseClicklease is transforming how small businesses access the equipment they need to grow.
