Bilingual TellerESL is currently seeking Bilingual Tellers to provide excellent customer service through identifying member needs effectively, efficiently, and accurately while building relationships with ESL members.As a Teller at ESL you will:Create a positive member experienceAssist members with processing financial transactionsRefer ESL products and services to membersLearn about the banking and finance industryGain exposure to various career opportunities at ESLESL has 33 branch locations throughout the Rochester and Finger Lakes regions. This position is flexing and floating throughout a majority of our branches until placement is made at one branch. You will be eligible to receive a $160.00 car allowance at the conclusion of the month.Bilingual Tellers should possess the following:High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma requiredBilingual English/Spanish speaking proficiency requiredA high degree of flexibility to support branch needsPositive attitudeGood computer skillsExcellent attention to detailDesire to learn, grow, and developPassion to work with and help peopleConfidence to recommend products and servicesAbility to remain flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment6-12 months of Teller experience preferredPrior sales and customer service experience preferredAdvanced education preferredDemonstrate alignment with ESL's Core Values, mission, vision, and Purpose to help our community thrive and prosperWhy work at ESL?ESL is one of the largest and most successful federal credit unions in the country.
