A client of Insight Global is seeking strong communicators to join their call center as a Customer Service Representative responsible for communicating over the phone with insureds, agency personnel, providers, claimants, vendors, and any other callers with questions related to insurance products and services.

Job Logistics
Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site & 2 remote)
Schedule: 7:45 - 4:15, 8:30 - 5, or 9:30 - 6
Day to Day
Answer inbound customer inquiries
Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
Support billing, policy, coverage, and claims questions
Document interactions accurately
Research customer requests using internal tools
Escalate issues when necessary
Deliver high-quality customer service
Work toward first-contact resolution
Requirements
Language: Spanish & English
1+ year of customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable handling approximately xhmxlyz 40 calls per day
Strong typing and computer skills
Ability to multitask across multiple systems
Detail-oriented documentation skills
Strong active listening skills
