Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team providing quality care to our clients in the Miami Beach and Aventura areas.This position is ideal for caregivers who are professional, reliable, patient-focused, and comfortable assisting clients with transportation to appointments using their own vehicle.ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate in-home care and companionshipAssist clients with daily living activities as neededProvide stand by assistance for client who is a fall riskDrive clients safely to medical appointments, errands and activities in the client's carCommunicate clearly with clients, families and office staffMaintain a professional and caring environmentFollow all care plans and safety proceduresRequirementsActive HHA certificate or CNA licenseValid CPR certification from either the Red Cross or the American Heart AssociationMinimum of 1 year caregiver experience working with the elderlyReliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insuranceAbility to speak and communicate clearly in EnglishDependable, punctual, and professional demeanorAbility to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-7pm
