Job description
The FCT Practitioner will provide structured, goal oriented Family Centered Treatment in the home, community, or program site to families who need assistance with mental health, substance use, or abuse/neglect issues. Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred for this position.
The practitioner focuses on family strengths, documents needs, and delivers evidence-based services in accordance with regulations. Evening and weekend availability may be required to meet family needs.
