Job description
Pair Team is seeking a highly motivated full-time Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner to join our mission-driven team. This remote-forward role includes 1–2 in-person engagements per month in northern California (Santa Cruz area) and involves direct care for individuals with serious mental illness, SUD, homelessness, and high medical needs within a whole-person care model.
