Job description
The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Family Partner at its Chelsea-based Harbor Area Family Resource Center. This role focuses on assisting families, coordinating support, and connecting them with local resources.
You will document activities in medical records, facilitate family support groups, and may assist in transporting families. Bilingual Spanish or other languages are strongly preferred, and lived community experience is valued.
