Job description
Pool Centurion is seeking a hands-on Director of People and Culture to lead HR for its field operations across South Florida. This is a field-based role requiring regular branch visits, coaching operational managers, and hands-on problem solving in English and Spanish.
You will partner with the CEO and operating leaders to build simple, scalable HR processes, recruit frontline talent, improve onboarding, and drive key workforce metrics in a lean, multi-location service organization.
