Bilingual Flamer/Oven OperatorJob Title: Oven FlamerEmployment Type: Full-TimeCompany: Allegiance StaffingLocation: Concord, North CarolinaPay: $16.00 per hour to startSchedule: Monday – 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Tuesday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PMJob Summary: Allegiance Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates for an Oven Flamer position at a manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, able to work in a fast-paced production environment, and comfortable standing for most of the shift. Training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Operate oven/flaming equipment safely and correctlyFlame and treat cups as part of the production processInspect products for quality and identify any defects or issuesFollow production instructions and maintain a steady work paceKeep the work area clean and organizedFollow all company safety rules and proceduresCommunicate with team members and supervisors regarding production or equipment issuesPerform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work Monday – FridayAbility to stand and work for extended periodsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environmentAbility to follow safety procedures and work instructionsGood attention to detailAbility to work well with others as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or production experienceExperience working with machinery or production equipmentPrevious experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentAbility to learn new equipment and processes quicklyDress Code:Long pants with no holes or ripsPlain T-shirtTennis shoesCore Competencies: Production, Manufacturing, Equipment Operation, Quality Control, Safety, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Reliability, Time Management, Production Environment
