Salary: $60,000.00 per year

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree, technical training, manufacturing coursework, or leadership development training is preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of production and safety experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Job Duties
Lead daily food production operations, including processing, packaging, shipping, sanitation, and inventory activities.
Create production schedules and ensure products meet customer specifications and production goals.
Train, coach, and cross-train employees on safety procedures, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
Promote workplace safety by conducting daily safety meetings and addressing unsafe conditions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales and production teams.
Support audits, product recalls, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA, FSIS, and OSHA standards.
Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Review employee timecards and assist with staffing and workforce development.
Mentor production leads and support employee growth opportunities.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to work in a food production environment.
Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended periods.
Ability to respond quickly to production and safety concerns.
