Job description
Apply advanced psychology expertise and bilingual Gujarati and English communication skills to help improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating psychological content, developing culturally informed materials, and providing expert feedback grounded in professional and academic psychology.
Key Responsibilities Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback and insights informed by professional experience.
Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Gujarati and English for data enrichment and AI model training.
Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute psychological perspectives and support solutions for diverse user needs.
Document evaluation methods, processes, and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments across Gujarati and English while preserving meaning, terminology, and cultural context.
Qualifications PhD in Psychology.
Demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
Native or near-native fluency in Gujarati and English.
Ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Demonstrated ethical decision-making.
Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly when translating nuanced psychological concepts between Gujarati and English.
Familiarity with digital tools used for remote collaboration and documentation.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
No prior AI experience is required.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.

Compensation Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.
