Job description
Oasis Health Partners in Miami seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to direct, supervise and provide home health PT services as prescribed by the Attending Provider. You will evaluate clients, treat to relieve pain or restore function, document progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate visits with staff and the DON.
Requirements: PT degree from an approved program, state license, bilingual in English and Spanish, valid driver's license and car, malpractice coverage, and proficiency
